Standard International Registered Shipping & Express Shipping (EMS)

For USA it is approximately 5 – 12 Days regarding your State For UK it is approximately 3 – 7 Days  No Customs For UAE it is approximately 7 – 12 Days For Europe it is approximately 3 – 9 Days No Customs Rest of the World it is approximately : 7 -15 Days ​For EMS Express is approximately 3 – 8 days regarding your location. Custom Fees may apply based on your location and Local Custom Policies.

We usually ship your items within the same day or the next business day from the time we receive a clear payment, according to the time of your order and your time-zone.

 We always provide a tracking number of your shipment by Email.

We accept payments via paypal, Western Union and Bank Tranfers. More payment options coming soon.

Depending on your location, taxes may be added to your order. You can check with your local shipping companies for taxes and regulations. We can only replace DOA (Dead on arrival) products. Although you will have the package sealed (IQOS Device), it is probable that the device might stop functioning. In this case, we can exchange your device. We cannot exchange broken devices.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide any refunds for orders
